Ciaran O’Regan has a First Class Honours BSc. in Sports a Exercise Sciences from the University of Limerick. Ciaran currently works as a full-time strength a conditioning coach and sports scientist, and has worked in professional rugby, elite GAA a with dozens of combat sports athletes.
