The digital revolution is here, and to keep up with a world that is driven by data and technology, we need to start helping our teams develop a ‘digital mindset’ to help future-proof our organisations.

To talk to us about developing a digital mindset, in this week’s episode, David will be joined by Dr Paul Leonardi, Duca Family Professor of Technology Management at UC Santa Barbara, and co-author of the book The Digital Mindset: What It Really Takes to Thrive in the Age of Data, Algorithms, andAI.

Paul will be sharing what organisations and HR Leaders need to do to start helping their employees get to what he coins the 30% rule of digital fluency – the minimum threshold of digital knowledge required to have digital conversations. The conversation will also delve into the importance of using a relational approach to analytics to help improve workforce efficiency, and what HR can do today to start adding more business value as we come out of the pandemic.
