We’re joined by Karena Dawn, to get her unique take on spiritual wellness amidst chaos. Millions know Karena as the co-founder of Tone It Up, but what many don’t know is her journey to get there: After experiencing childhood trauma a depression, Karena transformed her life with movement and meditation, which drove her passion to inspire others to do the same. Karena serves on the Board of Directors for the National Alliance on Mental Health, and recently she studied under Deepak Chopra at The Chopra Center. She is also writing her first memoir, which outlines her journey from depression to inspiration - given all that is going on in the world, her unique voice will help lift us all up.
