Eggs, man. One minute they're for our trendy omelette at Sunday brunch... then the next thing you know, you're supposed to be freezing them. How is it that so many of us today wake up one day and realize, "crap, I'm almost 40 and I was so busy being cool a ambitious that forgot to have kids!" We hear it every day from our friends, and more often than ever, the topic of egg freezing comes up as casual chatter at parties. With SO MANY new (and amazing!) options out there, it does seem more normalized, approachable, and affordable than ever (boutique egg freezing studios popping up like Starbucks!)... but that doesn't mean it isn't scary. Aly Teich - the creator of Sweat Life and one of the "OG wellness bloggers" - is also a late-30s single gal currently undergoing the egg-freezing process.
