This is a dangerous course to set as we continue to fight for equality in America. Racism, prejudice , and stereotyping should not be practiced by any human. Michael then shifts his focus to "black ownership" and promoting the black community, individuals that have platforms 10 times out of 10 look for other individuals with current platforms when they are trying to push a certain agenda, this is counterproductive when it comes to furthering black empowerment and also talking ownership when they themselves do not own anything.
