Your Coach: Someone to Believe in You When You Can’t - Episode 38

Ted talks about a cross country coach in high school that introduced him to a level of physical pain that he has not have encountered since. He ran more miles in high school than most people walk in a lifetime. The coach would ask things that seemed totally impossible. But the team did them anyway. Ted never for a second thought he could be a good runner. But Coach thought differently. The value of a good coach is something you probably won’t know until you get one. So if you want to do stuff you don’t think you can do, go get one.
