This weekend's forecast is a 'historic' heat wave in Seattle, with temperatures climbing into the 90s, and maybe even hitting 100. The question we’re all asking: "Is this what climate change looks like?" We’ll get an answer from assistant state climatologist Karin Bumbaco.
