With a passion in business since childhood, the founder, Dr. P. Balathandayuthapani and his co-founder and college junior, Mr. Balaji, after doing a market research for around 3 to 4 years, formally started their company, B&B Organics in the year 2016. B&B Organics has steadily grown and captured the Organic product based business in India and and many other countries. Facing many challenges from day 1 of starting the business, they gained confidence and motivation to carry the business forward.  Dr. Bala, a graduate from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Horticulture, Masters and Doctorate from Sweden, worked with different MNCs and pursued a lot of research activities related to agriculture.  In this episode, Dr. Bala, having an immense passion towards organic farming, shares his experience on how Mr. Balaji and himself took their company, B&B Organics to enlighten consumers on organic products and to eat healthy in their lives.
