Every Saturday, Egan will be phoning one of his friends from around the world to see how things are going in their neck of the woods and find out how their adapting to the COVID-19 crisis. This week, he talks to Alaska native Heather Hardcastle who is currently in lockdown with her husband, daughter, and two dogs just outside of Santa Rosa in the bay area Sonoma County, California, which has had one of the longest lockdowns of anyplace in the United States.
