What to do when you feel like you’ve done everything - and it’s still not working

Getting to the ‘root’ of your PCOS can seem like an impossible battle, especially when you’re doing everything your told will help you lose the weight, fix the fatigue or curb your sugar cravings and you’re still not seeing any improvement.


I’ve been there - feeling like nothing seemed to work and wondering if you’ll ever figure out how to really treat your PCOS.


Today, we’re having a chat with the wonderful Lou, who suffered with PCOS for a number of years. We talk through her journey with everything from exercise and food, to fertility and fatigue and how she identified one of the ‘root’ causes of her symptoms.
