Lady or child outside screaming!?
Allegedly there is a new " scam" happening in my city. Unknown individuals are standing outside of people's houses. They have a sound machine, that sounds like a woman or child is outside of the house crying. Supposedly this is an attempt to lure occupants out of their home to harm or kidnap them. Dont know how true this it? But im gonna be careful and advising my listeners to be careful , particularly at nite.
