Here's your morning news: Los Angeles County health officials Monday recorded another 436 new coronavirus cases, along with two additional deaths; An L.A. man has been arrested and charged with illegally transporting some 32,000 pounds of fireworks and other explosives into California. Those are the fireworks that led to that massive explosion in South LA last week. and more.
