Every Indian’s Checklist: Rights of women who complains of sexual harassment at work

What constitutes sexual harassment in the workplace? What are our rights? We, from Suno India, want women who are sexually harassed in the workplace to know their rights and how to go about filing a complaint and taking action against their perpetrators. In our previous episode, we told you how a criminal complaint  of rape, sexual harassment, or molestation.. In this episode, we focus on provisions under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act or the POSH act, meant exclusively for sexual harassment at the workplace. This law is meant for women who want to just continue working in their organisations with dignity, without having to file a FIR.
