Triumph Group Inc.'s shares are headed for their biggest gain since the aircraft-parts maker went public in 1996. The shares jumped after Triumph resolved a payment dispute with Bombardier Inc. that had put the solvency of its wing-making unit at risk. The settlement followed an agreement with Boeing Co. yesterday that set new parts prices and resolved past claims.
