101. Expectations vs. Intentions

Do you find yourself setting lofty expectations for yourself? Are you experiencing the "expectation hangover" after you don't meet your expectations?   Whether it's our own personal drive to be greater than we could be or it's the societal pressures we face, sometimes our expectations that we set for ourselves can end up skewed. We set these standards most often to improve ourselves, but most people end up feeling worse about themselves if they don't reach that expectation. Yet, how can we appreciate the progress that we made in the process? Setting intentions help us succeed and be even more successful. I'm excited to be back with you again this week as we discuss Expectations versus Intention on this weeks' Get Your Mind On.    ********************  Visit www.getyourmindon.com to receive free resources for personal growth.
