In this episode, I tell you about a situation right now with a lender, where they screwed things up so bad, causing a nightmare for my buyer, and how this all reflects on me too. I give details. We'll talk about a tip for protecting yourself when making recommendations, and what you ultimately MUST do when one of your recommended vendors provides a terrible experience for one of your clients.
