We started at X but somehow ended up at 100. But that just goes to show that the philosophy behind our "mindsets" is hardly linear - and neither is adulthood. In this episode we took snippets from Aristotle, Plato, The Bible, Upanishads, Lao Tzu, Buddha, Amin and Rathore to dig into what guides and builds our own mentality.
