This week Don Harris chats with me about his role as a feedback facilitator and engagement consultant. Don is CEO of TalkBack. He has a background in radio, advertising and marketing since the 80’s before turning his hand to Coaching and occasionally Mediation when the occasion demands. He was the first CEO of Independent Radio Sales in the 90’s - nowadays his work is all about people engagement, how they interact, listen, talk and communicate through body language as well as everyday workplace channels. He talks about ‘Taking the Temperature’ at workplaces and helping to change the atmosphere in organisations. Being the Barometer for companies you could say. He has worked in the UK and Germany and recently worked consistently in aviation where Don says he has had some of his biggest wins.
