For the first time ever, I've got a blogger in the podcast! Sarah Nantel is a former elementary teacher living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with her husband Mark and her two daughters Isla and Noa. 

She has a love for all things creative and a passion for photography and design. This passion led her to create an Instagram page called @heysarahdarling where parents, women and other creatives can come to connect. She also runs a blog called milkandconfetti.com.
