Lucky number 7 sees the Old Man go all the way back to 1973. As always, Britain gives us something odd, but they also stick to the Status Quo. American soul was spinning gold, especially when it was inspired by movies. Canada, meanwhile, was singing along to songs about the Roma, while a lady from Nova Scotia (apparently a good place to view solar eclipses) was becoming the nation's sweetheart.
