This week on Dazed and Amused we are changing it up a little bit! With a new format and a new day of the week, we keep the surprises coming!  This month we are watching 90s Classic Horror Films starting with Candyman. A skeptical grad-student Helen (Virginia Madsen) befriends a young woman named Anne-Marie (Vanessa Williams) during her research for a thesis on legends. Anne-Marie tells Helen of a man who has a hook for a hand and who has been terrorizing the North Side Chicago projects. The people of Chicago call him Candyman and he can be summoned by saying his name in the mirror five times in a row. Some think this man is an urban legend others have fallen victim to his famous hook, their blood painting the walls. After a man matching the Candyman's description starts following Helen things become all too real and take a drastic turn.
