Scott Root is an NCAA football Referee in the Big Sky Conference. He will discuss his path to get to Division 1-AA (FCS) and share some stories from his time on the Gridiron. Scott has been officiating football for nearly 30 years and is a proud member of the Foothill Citrus Football Officials Association.
