S2 E99: She practices loving others in practical ways
Vulnerability builds confidence. If you want to build your confidence, stretching your love languages and showing love in super practical ways is a great way to get started. First, because it's kinda awkward and makes you vulnerable. Second, because you're not focused on YOU so much. You're focusing on other people and what they need. When you do this, you're more likely to appear confident because you're not so worried what people think of you...you're focused on them.
