Turn Your Brand Name Into A Verb

The overall goal of any brand is to stand out in the marketplace. However, another goal that’s going to help you make that happen is to own a space in the mind of your target customer, and a great way to do that is by verbifying your brand name. Think about it. We say Google it instead of search for it. We say Photoshop instead of edit it. We Skype. We Zoom. We FedEx. We FaceTime. We GoPro. We Xerox. We grab a Kleenex. We jump into a Jacuzzi. We’re Facebooking our friends. You get the picture. The moment that you turn your brand name into a verb, it puts you far ahead of your competition because in this battle for getting customers and trying to stay ahead, anything that you can do to give you that edge makes a lot of sense.
