Having a true understanding of Introversion and Extroversion is one of the easiest ways to appreciate why people do what they do. There are so many misconceptions about what makes an Introvert tick; “They’re antisocial,” or, They don’t have friends.” The same could be said for Extroverts; “They never need down time” or “They always enjoy small talk.” What happens when we believe these stereotypes? We tend to think the grass is greener but is it?
