???? This is a sitting up right meditation, if you are not able to sit up, or feel a bit tired today, you are invited to lay down. ???? Make yourself as comfortable as possible for practice. ???? Long lasting change: While meditating, you form neural connections associated with the positive feelings. Then, as you continue to practice meditating and repeatedly engaging with these positive emotions, you reinforce the pathways and make it easier to return to a relaxed and confident state even when you are not meditating. ???? While starting the day with meditation is wonderful, feel free to also use this meditation to refocus in the afternoon or at the end of the day to shift activity gears or mood. ????
