HAD A VERY BAD HOTEL EXPERIENCE, PLZ HELP!
We had booked this hotel, but the staff and their services were pathetic.. as it was managed by the managers and staff. Owner not present at the property, could be a reason that they hardly care about the customer experience. Please Help. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
