Code-switching is real, it’s necessary, and its draining as hell!  

We’ve all felt that internal rage while in public and fought to keep our “inner n-word” in check.  We’ve all called that friend at work and heard them greet us in their “white” voice and if we are honest we all have our own “white” voice.  All brown and black people code switch - so now lets have a real conversation about it!
