In December 20-13, a two-year-old boy in West Africa died after becoming sick with a fever, vomiting and diarrhea. By January – that same sickness had killed three more members of his family. It wasn’t until March – three months later – that the mysterious disease was identified as Ebola. But by then – it had already spread. Over the next two years, Ebola would kill more than 11-thousand people and cost billions of dollars. Doctor Raj Panjabi was there.
