Home, career, errands, social life, side hustles, oh my! There’s a lot we feel we need to stay on top of these days and I don’t know about you, but usually I end up feeling helplessly pinned underneath the 21 car pileup of overwhelm.

In this episode I break down the 5 steps that I personally use to help me turn overwhelm into (organized) action.

This strategy can also be super useful to use at the beginning of each week or month or day, so that you can continue to move towards your goals without distraction or deer-in-headlights stress.
