Episode 77 - Dr. Covel McDermot grew up poor in Jamaica near the ghettos. After his parents divorced at an early age his mother moved them to the country where trees and the rest of nature thrived. The more time he spent in the forest, the more his spiritual practice grew. His mother was also big into herbs so from an early age he realized the power of natural herbs and spending time in nature to boost the immune system and feel good. He was the first of his family to complete high school then go on to getting his doctorate in Plant & Soil Science. Dr. Covel Brings to light many important topics and solutions to heal our cities and our bodies.
