Vinnie does recommend some aerobic activity at this point. Zone 2 activity is the way to go. Take 180 and subtract your age and that should be your Zone 2 heart range generally. Vinnie does recommend you try cutting out alcohol. Spirits are okay but nothing flavored, no wine, no beer, and consider eliminating spirits all together.
