This episode was inspired by a conversation with a new client who, on her consultation, asked the rhetorical question, “Why can’t I find the love that I deserve?” This is something I have heard other clients and women ask themselves, and in this episode, I really get into what it is at the heart of this question we are asking ourselves, and I reveal that this question doesn’t actually serve you or the results you desire. It starts with getting real with what your brain is saying, doing the work, and not letting yourself off the hook.  This is also the exact kind of thing I help clients with.
