If you’ve been listening to this show for any amount of time, you know that I am against contact with your ex. No contact applies to anyone who is still carrying the torch for their ex, who is still in love or seeks any deeper connection from that someone. Don't let Mr. or Miss Unavailable barge in again to your life and put you in a complete mess all over again. Constant contact will still result in a broken heart.  I worked with an amazing woman who was heartbroken over a man she was having an emotional affair with while dating and living with someone else. I had to tell her that I wouldn’t coach her until she had ended her current relationship. Not because of the affair, but because I knew that my coaching couldn’t help while she was in that relationship. She wasn’t living her authentic truth and she couldn’t do the work needed while being in that situation. She had to make some tough decisions and ended up moving in with her parents and was able to heal her heart.  When we started working together, I had her cut off contact from men. Not just these two men but all men for 60 days. I don’t do this with every client I work with. I want some clients to get out there right away. It all depends on the individual which is why one-on-one coaching is so valuable. I knew this client needed this time to fall in love and feel giddy on her own without male attention. Let’s do some healing first, let's take back to any common thread that's keeping you from owning up to yourself or keeping you from loving yourself. And from there, you will rise as a new and better you. Someone who has the confidence and resilience with a different perspective in terms of relationships, and I'm sure you will attract Mr. or Miss Right this time.
