Heartbreak in Isolation
Before we can be able to focus on what we want in our life, we have to feel the pain, grieve and cry over it, may it be a relationship or a death of a loved one. As a Life coach, I am not into a quick fix. There's more to learn from the process, and we have to deal with it, no matter how or what or when. It's all up to us. When this inner little kid surfaces to respond to the loss and pain, we are there to nurture and take care of our little selves, and by the time that we are ready to understand life, then that's the time that we can finally recognize our value and our dreams. With the global pandemic we are facing now, we are not exempted from worry and concern. It's a normal human emotion, but it's how we respond and deal with the situation matters. There's no room to sulk and be miserable. Instead, we have to be resilient and do our share from the devastation that our world is experiencing now. On a brighter note, this isolation we are now experiencing can be a time to deal with pain, loss, heartbreaks, and disappointments, and to assess what will be your takeaways from all negative emotions you are feeling. By doing so and taking the time that you have to go back to the real world, you are a new and healed person.
