You've got to be prepared to make mistakes to improve

Any athlete who wants to improve has to try new things. Whenever you try new things and challenge yourself, you're going to make mistakes. So if you want to improve you must be willing to make mistakes. In this first episode, we discuss the story of how Buck helped Aussie batter Peter Handscomb by helping him recognise what he needed to work on to take his game to the next level. It was then a matter of one step backwards and lots of mistakes initially to then go two steps forward. We hope you enjoy this insight.
