Yesi Ortiz: breaking artists on the radio, the importance of mental health
Veteran Los Angeles radio and TV host Yesi Ortiz sits down with DJ Spider on "The 20 Podcast." The Mexican-American personality is best known for serving as a co-host and assistant music director at Power 106 for over a decade. Most recently, Yesi has pivoted to artist management and represents up-and-coming artist Calista Del Toro. Active in the community, Yesi is also the co-founder of the Lima Coalition, which works to equalize Latino/a talent and recognition in the arts and media industries.
