Alexis Schulze is the Co-Founder of Nekter Juice bar which originally started right before the juice bar craze hit the market. Nekter Juice bar came to life with their first store 3 months after the idea came about without any prior restaurant or food industry knowledge.   Alexis is the epitome of a doer who takes massive action without worrying about all the "hows" or having it all figured out. She believes in learning as you go and that has been a proven model behind the massive amount of success she has achieved over the last 10 years.   Nekter now has over 100 juice bars with plans to expand to over 400 stores within the next year.
