Our last interview from 2021 comes from Tom Durkin, current Technical Director at Altitude Rush, a residential program in Port St Lucie. Tom talks about his wealth of experience in his formative years in Brazil, being introduced to coaching and his multitude of experiences with the U.S U17 National Team, Boston Breakers as a head coach in the NWSL and with the Tampa Bay Mutiny. Tom has some golden nuggets for all coaches as he discusses player development, coach development and what he feels is missing within the youth game in the United States.
