#40 Change is Easier Said Than Done

Most of us know what it would take to improve our life, don’t we?  

Sometimes, it can be as little as, I don’t know, skipping social media for the night and going to bed early.

I mean, we all know that you’re supposed to sleep eight hours a night, meditate, walk your 10k a day, express your emotions in a healthy manner, work without distractions, yadda, yadda… and so on.

So if it were that easy… why aren’t we ALL doing the right thing?
