Canceled Too Soon #18 - Nightmare Cafe (1992)
Wes Craven, the master of horror, was famous for creating classic horror movies like A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET, SCREAM and THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT. He was significantly less famous for co-creating NIGHTMARE CAFE, a 1992 television series starring Jack Coleman (HEROES), Lindsay Frost (CROSSING JORDAN) and Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger himself) as employees of a magic nightmare cafe that travels around the world meting out paranormal poetic justice.
NIGHTMARE CAFE has an impressive pedigree but only six episodes to its credit, so was it... CANCELED TOO SOON? Join film critics William Bibbiani and Witney Seibold as they delve into every episode of NIGHTMARE CAFE, try to solve its unknown mysteries, examine the show's strange quasi-connection to DOCTOR WHO, and ponder the legacy of the late, great Wes Craven.
