#53 Kate Galliett Interview and the Crazy, Suspicious Lady

On today’s show we interview fitness coach, gymnast, and creator of Fit For Real Life, Kate Galliett. Then it’s another moderately entertaining segment of the Humans Being Human segment and the Crazy, Suspicious Lady story. We wrap up with our Simply Human Tip of the Week which is -- don’t get stuck in one position, change it up once an hour.

We talk to Kate about her name, the Coneheads, foundational movement, the 6 movement pillars: feet, glutes, hips, core, shoulders, and posture, spending too much time in one position, movement breaks, how pain affects your happiness, keeping kids mobile, kids and specializing, free play, making feet stronger, self-myofascial release, multi-tasking, time management and sunsets.

Before we talk to Kate, Rick and I discuss group texting, the Simply Human T-shirt giveaway-athon, Natural Bodybuilding with Marc David, shoes, the Simply Human Reset, a Simply Human Rick challenge, and babies crying.
