Pre-Coron, Jordan was joined by Valerie Gordon and Aliza J. Sokolow for his first meal at the notoriously hot Mediterranean spot Mh Zh. In a prologue, they look back on that night and how much the world has changed before jumping into the no pandemic past, to one of their last meals out, to all the salty potatoes, brown butter hummus, and fish bones.
