Well, this thought is terrible. It's not just terrible because it feels bad (which it does), it's also terrible because it doesn't get you anywhere productive. Here's how you can check in--imagine yourself thinking this thought. What do you look like? How are you feeling? What are you doing? Now ask: does any of that contribute to you getting more of what you want?
