Alex Varricchio one of the founders of UpHouse marketing agency that elevates in-house marketing teams and the brands they promote.  Over the years, they’ve worked with some of the most well known brands, and have received national awards including AToMiC Awards and Telly Awards.  Alex also wrote ‘The Proximity Paradox’ which is a marketing book about how it’s crucial to create distance from a challenge to find a way to solve it. The book encourages us to ask hard questions about how we work, how our businesses are structured and why we routinely find our creativity at odds with what’s asked of us as executors and stewards of the bottom line.
