There’s no point in work without fulfillment. I heard this phrase from Tony Robbins, and I think about it often. Back in 2014, our company AppSumo was making $4 million in revenue… but I felt very unfulfilled. This is a story about going back to the basics, and how it helped make me happier (and grew our company 3-4x).
