An old Canon film camera landed in my hands one family vacation to the iconic Yosemite National Park. I was hooked. The valley inspired me and I fell in love with the outdoors, fell in love with visual storytelling, and found what I was being called to do. But it wasn't until 2017, on a trip back to the valley of granite where I recognized I could make this my career. Growing up in Florida, I found myself dreaming of elsewhere. The whole world actually. After wrestling with the "what if's", I made the move to the opposite coast: California. Eager to grow in my craft, I strive to say yes to all I can, seek out collaboration with other ambitious creatives, and gather as many stories as I can from all walks of life. I was told something that has stuck with me throughout my short life thus far: "There's no comfort in the growth zone and no growth in the comfort zone."
