The Rise of the Hourly Worker is a BIG topic. They’re a BIG part of the labor force (82.3M hourly workers in the U.S. alone). They’re also in BIG demand as the economy thunders back to life.

If you’re an employer of hourly workers, your challenges are just as BIG. They often change jobs more frequently, making attracting and keeping them harder. Hourly workers make up a big part of the deskless workforce; supporting and engaging them takes imagination and creativity. Pay is a huge driver for hourly workers, but it’s not the only thing. They want flexible work options; camaraderie and culture; development and advancement; a sense of community; and a frictionless experience that makes it easy for them to contribute and belong.
