Urbanspace has operated public markets in the UK since the seventies. In the nineties, Eldon Scott, President of Urbanspace NYC took that know-how to the US. The company now operates some of New York's most popular food halls and markets. They've also expanded to Washington DC and Chicago, with more cities to come.
