167: Let Go Of Busy Work, Connect to What Matters | Creating A New Paradigm From Within

Your biggest contribution is the same thing that makes you feel alive.

When you let go of “shoulds” and live from that place, everything changes.

It takes trust, it takes letting go of opinions, but on the other side of it is a profound sense of being a vessel for what’s meant to come through you.

In this solo episode, I share a 5-step process that’s helped me move from “busy work” to giving my energy to what matters. I also share a  harmful social media habit I’m ready to rewire, and the productivity system that I’ve been using for the past year that makes all the difference!

The 5 prompts shared in this episode:

  1. Things I’ve already taken on and agreed to deliver
  2. Things I enjoy doing
  3. Exciting outcomes
  4. Whispers and ideas that have been in my field
  5. Things I can take off my plate to make space
